This might be a little confusing, but I just wanted to interrupt Skirt Week for a second to mention that I'm over at Craftiness is not Optional today with a little (and I mean little) vintage outfit. The confusing part I mentioned is because in a few days you will see Jess over at our blog with a skirt tutorial! Its just one big musical chairs blog game around here.
