What inspires you? (with Mollie Makes magazine)

Hi Crafterhours readers!  If you're here, I assume that you love to sew.  Or you just like to hear the inconsistent ramblings and conversational detours from me and Susan.  If you're the former, read on.  We've got a fun opportunity for you.

We were recently contacted by Future Publishing, who publishes the UK-based magazine Mollie Makes.  They're looking to interview sewists (like you!) about what makes them tick, where they get their inspiration, and what they love to sew.

The project is easy, and I guarantee it's something you're already doing everyday.  Basically you find sewing projects around the blogosphere that you love, pin them, and then answer a few questions in an interview about why you love them.  I know, right?  I would do this for free.
half pants from meg at elsie marley
But the best news is that you don't have to do it for free!  Chosen participants will be recompensed with $50 and a thread selection tin worth $50!  How fun is that for performing a "duty" that we all do everyday anyway?

Places are limited and will be offered on a "first come-first served" basis.  If this sounds interesting to you, shoot an email to andrea.alway@futurenet.com to fill out a registration form and hear more about the project.

(all pics in this post are from sewing projects that have inspired ME recently from around the craftyblogosphere.  I tried to vary them a bit, but you all know I could find approximately 31,495 pics of sewing projects for little girls' clothes :)
