I love my two guests today because they probably couldn’t be more different, and yet they are equally inspiring and talented women. The sewing world is so great about bringing all types of people together, isn’t it?
First up is Anna from Noodlehead, and BE. STILL. MY. HEART. she made a navy and white striped tee and then paired it with some mint shorts and a gold necklace. I have this exact same outfit and it’s pretty much my uniform. Now I just need to figure out those pretty beachy waves and I can be a total copy cat. I don’t even need to tell you guys about the gorgeous perfection that is Anna and her sewing, so I’ll save you some time and send you straight over to Noodlehead for the full scoop!
Next up is Ari from Max California. Ari is one half of the genius behind Sew Geeky and is always whipping up amazingly unique and cute outfits for herself and her adorable kiddos. If you follow her blog or instagram you will never be bored (her current hair color is my fave!) Ari made an awesome upcycled Union St., which reminds me that this pattern is PERFECT for taking in too-large shirts with un-throw-away-able graphics :) (also I love how the graffiti over her head looks like a gnome hat). Go see the shirt and the cool story behind it at Max California!
