Win your own Silhouette! SRSLY! A GIVEAWAY! [Now Closed]

Both Adrianna and I got Silhouettes for Christmas last year. We can’t rank them ahead of fabric, scissors or coffee… but it’s very close behind in terms of crafting importance to us now. The thing is so dang versatile. For example, it can cut freezer paper for stencils, as pictured here:

It can cut fabric, as you see here:

It can cut stickers, kinda like this:

It can cut paper, for thinks like cupcake toppers (among the bazillions of paper options):

And it can do a whole lot of things that we haven’t even gotten around to trying yet, like sketching with optional pens and cutting templates for applying rhinestone bling. Really, we had to cool our heels for a while because the blog was turning into all-Silhouette-all-the-time and we knew that would bore the snot out of the non-Silhouette-owners.

So here’s the good news. We’ve signed up with Silhouette to try a few of their products and blog about them from time to time. Because of that, YOU could be a former non-Silhouette-owner if you are selected as the WINNER of our happy little giveaway. You’ll win a Silhouette SD with all of its included doo dads AND a package of their new tattoo paper. There are only two things you need to do to enter.

1) “Like” Silhouette on Facebook  (while you’re there it’s not like it would kill you to “like” us too, but that’s not required)
2) Comment on this post confirming that you did the requisite liking. One comment per person, please.

We’ll select and post the winner on June 28.

One last comment on trying it. If you’re wary of trying new software, you can try it for free by downloading it from the Silhouette site. I’ve found that it’s super fun to use. Because the software is free you could even decide to go in on the machine with a friend. You can each design your stuff on your own and get together for a cut-it-all-out party. Just a thought.

    I like it under my real name. But I have to say that the pillow project is on my to do list as a birthday present for my mom. It wil say I love you more than crepes (she makes one mean crepe). Winning the stencils will definitely get me closer to completing (aka starting) the project!

I could make my photo frames (which would lighten our shipment weight when we move)… and fun, matchy-matchy shirts for the girls, and the girls and my nephews.
