Skirt Week Guest Tutorial: Nap Time Crafters

June 4, 2013 By crafterhours 1 Comment

Next up please welcome Amy from Nap Time Crafters.  Amy is not only the talent behind her blog, but has also designed about a million patterns for her shop, Peekaboo Patterns.  She’s like a sewing wizard.

Amy’s sharing a tutorial for an upcycled denim skirt, the perfect way to use up outgrown jeans, maternity jeans, or just some cheap ones that you found at the thrift shop.  Give them a new life as a cute skirt for your daughter.  As a little bonus, she’s jumped on the lace trend and added an accent to the pocket, which we think is just perfect.  I could probably even get my daughter to wear shorts with that little trick!

Nap Time Crafters has the full tutorial.  Thanks Amy!
