How You Feel when you’re Sewing!

February 21, 2015 By Susan 5 Comments

I made this for our Facebook page yesterday and then remembered that some of you out there aren’t on the Book of Faces. I don’t want you to miss this excitement! If you sew, you know exactly how this feels. And it’s fun to know that there are lots of others out there who have been right there with you.

When you catch a kid using your fabric scissors… on cardboard. When you catch someone using your GOOD scissors

What he does when he sees you coming…When the kid that used your fabric scissors (again) sees you coming

When you impress someone with something you’ve made yourselfWhen that thing you made totally impresses the recipientWhen you realize you sewed the wrong pieces togetherWhen you just attached things the wrong way When you realize you sewed the wrong pieces together… againWhen you just attached a piece the wrong way... againWhen you find JUST the pattern you’ve been looking for, and it’s FREE!When you realize the perfect pattern you just found is FREE

And when that pattern comes together PERFECTLY.When the pieces fit together perfectly

And as a compilation:

how you feel when you're sewing.
