So very much to look at in the Full Skirt Pool. As far as the reader's choice pick, while all 8 of the skirts got plenty o' votes, one was clearly ahead of the pack:
What's not to love? The colors are luscious, the pleating is elegant, the style is flattering and the photography is lovely. That's a winner all-around.
The judges, on the other hand, were most excited about:
