Next up is Rachael from Imagine Gnats. We’re pretty sure she’s actually a robot. Either that or she has an army of elves in her sewing room. This lady is on fire and churning out cute new clothes and patterns every week. Or hour.
Rachael is showing us how to make the cute and summertime-friendly Cerisy skirt. This is one of my favorite types of skirts, because you can feature a great fabric without dealing with any fussy closures. And bonus, it’s reversible! So you can be all serious on one side and have a party on the other. I’m digging the apostrophes on gray as a new take on your standard polka dot. And I’m pretty sure this is the first time there have been penguins for Skirt Week. I think it classies up the joint a bit, as I’m told penguins are the new fox (or hedgehog, or owl, or whatever it was last).

But seriously, i love this girl. And her skirt is HIGHLY useful! I will definitely be making one in the future!!!
