Today I’d like to welcome Tara from Girl Like the Sea. I think I first found Tara’s blog last fall through that great blog uniter, KCWC. I started reading about her and discovered that we had a lot of things in common and then sent her a really creepy stalkerish email listing all of our commonalities. Despite that, she’s still been a gracious blog friend and was on board when I asked her to join the Edelweiss tour. Thanks for not issuing a restraining order, Tara!
Tara chose to pair mustard with black and white polka dots in an effort to make my head implode with envy. I love that she used a fluttery rayon for the skirt, showing just how easy it is to combine different fabrics and prints in this dress. I would never have thought to pair these three fabrics, but together they are magic. I love the modern/eclectic/girly mix. (Hey Tara, maybe you could go help a certain blog partner of mine who claims she hasn’t made an Edelweiss yet because of fabric selection paralysis…)
Head over to Girl Like the Sea to get all the deets! Just be prepared to spend some time on her blog – you’ll get roped in with her great style, captivating photography, and fun projects for mamas and kiddos too! (ps: how sweet is her daughter’s little bob?)
Thanks so much Tara!
