Make a Cheapie Quickie Squeegee: A Tutorial

You need some sort of squeegee for screen printing. And this one is easy and cheap.

You need:
* Two scraps of chipboard (cereal box)
* One piece of craft foam
Duct tape
Scissors
* sizes determined by what you're printing. My chipboard is about 4" x 3" flat and the foam is about 2" x 3"

Fold each piece of chipboard in half.

Wrap each completely in duct tape. Try to avoid ripples.

Sandwich the foam in-between your two wrapped pieces of chipboard. Let a straight edge on a long side stick out about 1/4".

Wrap 3 sides, leaving the foam side exposed.

You're ready to screen print with this.... and the rest of the process? That's the companion post.
