Best of 2014! And an Apology

January 2, 2015 By Susan 2 Comments

Happy New Year, friends! As I was putting together this list of our best of/most popular 2014 posts I realized… Oops. We had scheduled for Friday Fiver to begin again today and as it’s now after noon already and the designer and I haven’t chatted about the details yet… we’re going to have to reschedule that, eh? NEXT WEEK, we’ll be back!

Which brings me to the single biggest thing that happened on our blog this year – we began the Friday Fiver series! Every Friday we highlight a pattern or product that’s just $5. It’s just a 24 hour feature and it’s our hope that it brings some deserved attention to great shops and designers. What began as a summer experiment became a longer-running series and there’s no end in sight.

As far as 2014’s most popular individual posts, here’re the TOP 10!crafterhours best of 2014 1The Monkey Bar Skirt, 12 Scrappy Projects roundup and Super Fast PDF Pattern Assembly

As the new year begins Adrianna and I both have big plans. And both have 3 girls who continue to need us. While we’re less than disciplined bloggers, we’re so grateful to have this community of friends who follow what we do and share with us as we all mix real life and creativity!

See you here next Friday with the first Fiver of the New Year!

Thanks for all you share with the world – I made the hairbrush holder last year and it is a huge hit in our household. You are so generous with your creativity!

Awww, thanks! I’m so glad! It’s really fun to hear from people who’ve made the things we share!
